A work does not need a wider reach. It needs one wall where someone will stop.— Marcin Jamro, PhD, DSc, Eng.
Creator of Odoardo™ · entrepreneur, author, scientist and programmer

In an age when literally everything is endlessly duplicated, mastery grows ever rarer. That is why Odoardo Art™ is a closed catalog: works pass a curatorial selection. We look for emotional weight and authenticity — a class that will outlast a single season.

Technology offers infinite scale but takes away physical authority. Our task is to translate your body of work into a presence that cannot be scrolled past — a work in solid oak that asks for time and silence. We want to connect outstanding artists with a circle of patrons, so that their works become the point around which boardrooms, private residences and the finest suites are arranged.

Odoardo Art™ living gallery
Curation

A living
gallery

A seasonal selection of fine art from around the world, printed on archival cotton and framed in solid oak.

The solid oak frame is made by hand by a Polish artisan. You can feel its weight in your hand. It can hang or stand, and it turns its interior into a private, curated gallery.

The print is made on archival cotton paper. The work belongs to a numbered, signed edition, so the patron receives a copy with an established identity, not an anonymous print.

Odoardo Soul™ in an Odoardo Art™ frame
Touch

A digital
soul

A work that wakes up when a phone comes close and shortens the distance between artist and collector.

What matters most is hidden in the frame. Yet into every work we also embed a Odoardo Soul™ microchip, joining traditional craftsmanship with technology you cannot see at first glance.

When a phone comes close, the work “wakes up.” The patron can “talk” with the work and discover the inspiration, the creative path and details you cannot see at first glance — in their own language.

How working with an Odoardo Art™ artist unfolds
How we work together

You
create

We want your attention to stay on what you do exceptionally well: creating. We take care of the rest.

Selection. Simply point us to one existing work from your portfolio and send a high-resolution file. You never send the original anywhere — printing is handled on our side.

Identity. We ask for your photo, a biography and personal words to the patrons. We print them in the letter that accompanies every print. That letter is what builds the bond between artist and collector.

Support. We take care of editing and design. We crop your photo, edit your biography and check your letter before printing, so the material looks flawless. We also prepare the work for print.

Numbered Odoardo Art™ edition
Effortless logistics

Zero
friction

We cover the costs and the logistics. What remains on your side is signing and numbering the prints.

Costs. As an artist, you bear no costs at all. We cover all logistics and every operating cost. Throughout our collaboration, you never pay for any shipment or transport.

Delivery. Once a chapter is closed, we prepare a batch of fine art prints together with the letters. We send the package by courier to your address — home or studio — for you to review in person.

Collection. We ask you to sign and number the works within 7 days of receipt, barring unforeseen circumstances. When you are done, just let us know — a courier will collect the finished package.

Odoardo Art™ artist remuneration
Remuneration

Clear
earnings

A transparent financial model, identical for every artist in the catalog.

Every artist has exactly the same terms. The remuneration is 20% of the average net quarterly price of one frame paid by the patron whose frame carries your work (the total price of all their frames divided by their number). We do not deduct the value of the main frame, the mini frame, the microchip, the letter or shipping.

Please note: we pay artists based outside Poland in line with withholding tax regulations. A certificate of tax residence may allow the rate from a double taxation agreement to be applied, where such an agreement exists.

Edition control and reporting in Odoardo Art™
Data and edition

The edition in your hands

You number and sign every copy personally, so the edition grows only by copies bearing your signature.

Reporting. We send the sales report by day 15 of the month following the end of each quarter. Commission is calculated on the frames in which your work was actually placed, not on the signed edition.

Signatures. You number and sign every copy of the work and the letter personally, with a 4B pencil. No work is ever sold without your involvement and knowledge. The edition remains under your control.

Edition size. We do not fix the number in advance — it depends on how many patrons choose the work. We may produce up to 10 promotional copies, which are not sold and earn no commission.

Odoardo Art™ legal framework
Legal framework

Creative freedom

A collaboration built on equality and full respect for copyright.

License. The agreement is non-exclusive, and you read its full wording before accepting it. Your copyright stays with you. You remain free to exhibit, sell and license the original.

Equality. Equal terms are our principle. The current agreement is standard and not open to negotiation — this covers, among other things, the commission, the deadlines and the duration.

Horizon. We look for artists who will stay in the catalog for years. The six-month notice period — the same for both parties — reflects the fact that we pay for printing upfront.

Joining Odoardo Art™
Next step

Formal entry

A place in a closed catalog where your art takes the space it deserves.

If our philosophy of uncompromising quality and full transparency speaks to you, read the artist terms. They set out the full terms: the license, remuneration, deadlines and signing rules.

Application. You send the address of your portfolio and accept the terms in Odoardo ID™. That acceptance concludes the license agreement.

No paperwork. There is no separate paper agreement, so there is nothing to print, initial or send back. We keep it simple for you.
