Our commitments

Permanence

We cannot end the agreement

We do not terminate the agreement as long as you pay and the address is not used for abuse — the terms list the reasons. So we will not take away, from one month to the next, the address under which you build your brand. The terms describe two exceptions: if the registrar blocks the address or stops maintaining it for reasons beyond our control, the agreement expires and we refund the fee for the unused part of the period already paid. And if we ever withdraw the whole service from the offer, we will tell you 90 days in advance, and you can then buy the address for 12 times the monthly fee.

Rent

Indexation only by the GUS rate

Once a year, the lease amount rises by the annual average price index published by the President of Statistics Poland (GUS). We announce indexation one period in advance, and if you do not accept it, you leave at no cost. We have no way to change the lease rate at will.

Return

A 30-day grace period

After the agreement ends, the address goes to no one else for 30 days. That is how much extra time you have to come back to it.

Exclusivity covers one address

Exclusivity covers only the address that was ordered and paid for. It does not cover spelling variants or other extensions. Address packages are prepared by Odoardo Atelier™.

Outside the service

We do not run websites or email

We point the address to the link you specify and set up your email provider's records. We do not host or store the content the address leads to. Your website and mailboxes stay with your providers.

Questions and answers

What is Odoardo Space™?

Odoardo Space™ is a portfolio of domains made available to company and personal brands on temporary exclusivity, on a subscription model.

Does the domain become the lessee's property?

No. Odoardo Space™ retains ownership and management of the domain, and the lessee receives the exclusive right to use the chosen address for the entire period of an active subscription.

What does a domain lease include?

Exclusivity of the address for the term of the lease, upkeep and renewal of the domain, a redirect to the link you choose and your mail provider's records. Website hosting and mailboxes remain on your side. The rent is set per address and shown next to its name.

Can several related domains be leased?

Certainly. A category package can combine several complementary addresses and limit competitors' access to key names in the same sector.

Isn't this more expensive than buying a domain?

Buying an address like this means tying up capital in one go. A lease is an operating expense with a VAT invoice, spread over time.

Will launching the domain hold us up?

No. You give us the link the address should lead to — a Facebook or LinkedIn profile, or your website — and we set up the redirect, usually within one business day. If you prefer to manage DNS yourself, provide the name servers or records. Your current website can stay where it is.

Can we have email mailboxes at this domain?

Certainly. You name your mail provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and we set the records it requires. The mailboxes themselves and their management stay with that provider.

What happens to the address if we cancel?

You can cancel whenever you like. Exclusivity lasts until the end of the paid period. After that, for 30 days we offer the address to no one else — that is how long you have to come back. Only after this period does the address return to the portfolio.

Do you guarantee a search ranking or cheaper clicks?

No. An address can shorten the path to you and builds credibility from the first contact, but rankings, cost per click and campaign performance are decided by the content you publish under it and by the campaign itself.
