How does a regrind trader build trust in material whose quality is hard to check?

A batch looks the same whether it is of one grade or mixed – and the difference shows only on the customer's molding machine, on a spoiled run. Trust is built by an open procedure: how the material is sorted, how the grade is checked, a sample before delivery and the rules for complaints. A company that writes this down sells at a higher price than one that sends only a price per kilogram.

Sell the surplus or process it in house?

Selling production scrap gives cash straight away and needs neither a granulator nor space, only it hands the whole margin to whoever grinds it. Grinding in house lets the material go back into production and really lowers the cost of feedstock, but it takes investment, noise and watching that grades are not mixed. What decides is the tonnage per month and whether the plant works one grade or a dozen.

What must the specification of a batch of regrind contain?

The grade of plastic, the particle size, the contamination content and the moisture, and on colored material the color and how repeatable it is. Beside that, the origin of the stream, because post-industrial and post-consumer scrap are two different materials at two different prices. Without those figures a batch cannot be priced and cannot be accepted by an audited buyer.

Who is przemial.pl for?

For a trader in recovered material, a plant offering size reduction services and a supplier of granulators for plastics. Can I point przemial.pl at my present site?
