We grant each address on temporary exclusivity to one practice or clinic. You lease the domain and use the address for the term of the agreement — you do not buy it outright.

The address can work wherever you already give your contact details: on a stamp, in correspondence and on a business card. What you publish under it is governed by the rules on informing about medical activity.

Can I lease a medical address exclusively?

Yes. Each domain in the medical family goes to one practice or clinic on temporary exclusivity — for the term of the subscription no one else may use it.

What happens to the address when the lease ends?

The address returns to the Odoardo™ portfolio and may be offered to another brand. The previous lessee has priority to renew within 30 days.

Do you run a website or mail under this address?

No. We lease the address alone — your website and mail stay where they are. You give us a link, for instance to your current website or profile, and we set up the redirect and your mail provider's records. If you prefer to manage DNS yourself, we enter the name servers or records you provide.

Could a specialty in the address mislead a patient?

The address names a specialty, not a title or a qualification — it confirms nothing. How you may describe your practice is decided by the rules on informing about medical activity and by professional practice rules, not by the domain name. The content published under the address is your responsibility.

How long does it take to launch the address?

We usually complete the configuration on our side within one business day of receiving your instructions. How long the change takes to spread across name servers is beyond our control.

What if I change my specialty?

The lease covers this one name. You can cancel it in your Odoardo ID™ account at any time, effective at the end of the paid month, and take another address from the portfolio if it is free. For 30 days after the lease ends we offer the previous address to no one else, so you still have time to come back to it.
